Squadron Easter Picnic

     This weekend was Derek's squadron Easter picnic, and we had a blast.  We didn't get to stay for all the games (as Grayson was well worn out after lunch and the egg hunt).  So we headed home early for nap time, but still had lots of fun!

Then of course finding all the good eggs.

     He loved walking around with his "cow!"  I almost forgot...suddenly all four legged creatures are cows (I think he just likes saying it.  When you ask him to point out the pig/chicken etc he does, but calls them all cows)  This is a new development, more to come later...this blog was supposed to be about the picnic...

     This little man found his fair share of eggs, and couldn't wait to break them open once we got home.  He even tried to sneak a few candies before dinner.  He was a very worn out little boy, and took a 4 hour nap when we got home (so did Mommy)!  So it was an oober fun day, and I can't wait until next weekend to hide the eggs in our back yard with little stickers and such in them.  We will not be adding any more candy as there is plenty from yesterday's picnic.

     Grayson enjoyed the park so much that we even decided to go back today for a little more fun after church.

     I just love this kid!  We can't wait until there are two little munchkin's running around!
