Treehouse Museum

This past weekend we had so much fun, we headed out to a local museum.  We recently found out that various museums across the country offer free military admission over the summer (from Memorial Day to Labor Day).  So we went to the Treehouse Museum without really knowing what to expect, and found an awesome jackpot of toddler activities!  I would highly recommend taking a look at the list of museums involved (found here) to see if there are any in your area.
There was a fire truck which was a huge hit, and a whole train room.  Considering that Grayson stands in the backyard and looks down on the playground that has a large fire truck.  Then he calls any train he sees Thomas, so clearly a whole room was more than he could handle.

Grayson had a blast in the farm room riding the horses.

And in the school room playing with chalk.

There were also fish to look at, and a tree in the middle of the room to climb.

The music room was also a huge hit, he couldn't get enough of the banging and bashing...I think we all know what's in store for me!

So I think we will definitely be taking advantage of this awesome military deal again this summer.  And maybe just maybe we will buy year passes so we can keep going after this deal ends.

Hi Tara,

We just took Christian and Noah to the Witte Museum today that also has an HEB Science Tree house with many activities for children. We had a blast. So glad you found this place in Utah. Maybe when you come back we can go to the one at the Witte.
Love you and miss you. Hugs!
