Little Man's First Day of Kinder

Sadly...I am this far behind.  haha

     This sweet little man started out his kindergarten year back in early September.  He has enjoyed this year, and has learned soooo much!  It has been a great year, and I am so thankful for the time I've gotten to watch him grow.

     This handsome guy was so excited to get all dressed up for his first day, and loved walking to his bus stop.  Although he can be very timid, when he comes out of his shell he's loud and goofy...as you can see from these corny faces.

      Since all the kids (K-12) ride one bus, the bus monitor is always on board to keep the kids in check.  Lil'G's bus monitor is very friendly, and he enjoys his rides with a few friends he has made.

     After putting Grayson on the bus, daddy and I raced to the school where we saw him get off the bus and walk to the kinder building.  It was the perfect time to see where he would be spending the bulk of his days.  The parents were welcomed into the class and helped the kids get settled.
     Shortly after we were kindly dismissed to the elementary cafeteria where they held the annual "Boo Hoo Breakfast" where admitedly most of the first time parents cry a little.









It was such a wonderful day, and a good way to start the year.  We will close out the year in a few short weeks and G is now reading on level D, and loves learning and showing off by counting, adding, subtracting and the like.  In short every day is precious, and we're loving it!
