YAY, we have internet!

It's been awhile since we've had any real contact with the world...but today the guy from Comcast came and set everything up.  I can now offically facebook stalk again, haha.  I just miss seeing what everyone is up to.
Well, I have many updates for everyone!  I'll start from the beginning.
All of our belongings were delivered on Friday by a grumpy old man and his grandson, who did just about everything.  From what we can tell, everything was delivered and now begins the unpacking.  Finding our kitchen items in Grayson's boxes, as well as the livingroom boxes was a little irritating.  It was also really annoying to find several of our boxes labeled "wicker baskets."  All we have is a picnic basket, that I guess they could consider wicker.  Friday was the last night we stayed in the hotel, since we hadn't had enough time to make it liveable yet.
Saturday morning, we got an early start and headed over to the house.  After only a little unpacking, Derek discovered Grayson's first tooth!  How did I miss that one?  The tooth is on the bottom, in the middle slightly to the right side.  Our little boy is growing up!  Other than that, Saturday was pretty uneventful, as we unpacked all day!  Sunday was a much easier day and we went to Alpine Church which is just off the base, but very close.  We really enjoyed it, and think we will be going back!
Tuesday was the first day that we got snow!  We woke up and there were about two inches on the ground!  It was awesome.  Derek went in to work early as usual, they start at 6:45 am.  A little later Grayson, Lola and I went for a walk behind our house where there are parks and such.  I gave Grayson a little bit of fresh snow to eat, and he loved it.  He was all bundled up, so the cold didn't even bother him.  He was very intent on watching Lola the whole time.  Lola enjoyed the snow too, she kinda hopped at first rather than walking, but eventually realized that did nothing.  She also kept licking the snow while we were walking, which left interesting tracks.  We didn't walk long though, since it was so cold.  Once in the house, Lola couldn't get enough of the snow, she wanted to outside again everytime she came in.  The snow melted before the end of the day, which we were thankful for, since it meant we didn't have to shovel.
Wednesday evening we went to the dog park for the first time, where Lola had a blast, after she got over the other dogs being there.  It was nice to get out, and very entertaining.  Lola barked at several dogs in the park, almost all of which were cement and painted.  The other people there thought it was great too!  Grayson, observant as he is watched everything very closely!  Can't wait to go again.
We have been doing without a microwave for about a week, and I was so glad to finaly buy one last night(Thursday).  It's been a challenge to warm up the frozen cubes of babyfood for every meal.  Finally we are at today!  YAY, we have internet and cable!  I know that I mentioned that on the road Grayson started rocking back and forth on all fours, that has continued and he has gotten better at pulling his knees up under himself.  Today was the first that he has pushed his knees forward, and for lack of a better term, taken a step.  He only did two steps, but it was awesome!

Well, that's all I have in me right now, I must go feed Grayson his afternoon meal.  While I'm thinking about it I should mention that Grayson has started eating many more foods now, he eats 4-5 meals a day and has some snacks between depending on what we're doing.!  He's getting hungrier all the time, I guess to keep up with all his activity.
Hopefully I will get some pictures up here later today.
